just purchased...

I just bought this amazing little camera today that uses no batteries, only sunlight and 35mm film. I found it on one of my favourite blogs, photojojo, a really interesting photography blog, as you may have already guessed and it also has an amazing little store that could make me bankrupt! As advanced as photography is these days with all the amazing digital SLR cameras there are out there and you can edit on photoshop till your head pops off, a lot of people are turning back to basic photography methods such as film, especially polaroids. The effects this camera gets from just feeding from sunlight are quite spectacular and I can't wait till it gets posted through my letterbox and I can get snapping :)

We found one of these amazing fotoautomat machines in an awesome musuem in Paris, Palais de Tokyo and it was as it says the best 2 euros I spent the entire time we were there. This is the good one we took the second time around, the first time, I popped the 2 euros in before my boyfriend Gavin had got into the booth so they are a tad rushed but still nice! :)

good morning.

Made from one of the simplest devices...a label maker :) This is usually the first thing I see when i wake up. Stuck to the side of my bedside table are three simple words that make me smile. They remind me of all the people I love, all the things that make me happy and everything I love about life. If I'm at work and my boyfriend has stayed over and I'm not there when he wakes, he can look and this says I love you when I'm not there to. I've always believed it's the small things in life that are the most important.

Got myself a little fisheye filter for my Canon 500d. Had lots of fun with it the other night :) well worth the money!

I love my cat, he's been with me most of my life. I picked him out at the Cats Protection home when i was just 3 years old, he was an abandoned and sadly abused kitten so I took him home and gave him all the love I could :) i adore him to bits, shame he's getting old but at the grand old age he is, he's still as agile and curious as ever.
